The present petition has been filed challenging the order of respondent no.2, dated 06.06.2025, cancelling firearm licence of the petitioner under Section 17 of the Arms Act, 1959. 3. Learned Standing Counsel points out that against the order impugned petitioner has remedy of filing an appeal under Section 18(1) of the aforesaid Act before the Divisional Commissioner. 4.
