HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD CRIMINAL REVISION No. - 6368 of 2025 Court No. - 91 HON'BLE ABDUL SHAHID, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and the learned A.G.A. for the State. Perused the record. 2. The instant revision has been filed with a prayer to quash the impugned order dated 13.8.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 9, Kanpur Nagar, District Kanpur Nagar, in Sessions Trial No. 182 of 2015, State Vs. Afasar Ali and others, arising out of case crime no. 148 of 2013, under Sections 452, 364, 511, 506, 120-B IPC, Police Station Najirabad, District Kanpur Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that the impugned order dated 13.8.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 9, Kanpur Nagar is wholly illegal, arbitrary and the same is liable to be set aside. 4. Revisionist/accused persons had filed an application under Section 311 Cr.P.C. which was dismissed by the impugned order dated 13.8.2025. Learned trial court specifically mentioned that P.W-5 S.I. Rajveer Singh had already recorded his examination and cross-examination is also completed. Thereafter the victim was summoned for proving the statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. of her father as he died and the victim identified the signature of her father. Thus, both the documents had already been duly exhibited before the trial court. 5. In view thereof, neither there is any illegality nor any irregularity in the Versus Counsel for Revisionist(s) : Shashi Kant Singh Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Reena Katiyar .....Revisionist(s) State Of U.P. And 2 Others .....Opposite Party(s) order impugned. Hence, the revision is devoid of merit and is liable to be dismissed. 6.
