Against the order impugned dated 06.12.2023 petitioner has remedy of preferring an appeal before the appellant authority under Section 70 of the Food Safety and Standard Act, 2006. 3. Since petitioner has not availed statutory remedy of filing an appeal, we are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition, at the first instance. 4. Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. It is, however, provided that in case petitioner prefers an appeal as provided in the Act of 2006 within two weeks from today, the same shall be entertained on merits, without raising any issue of limitation and shall be decided, expeditiously.
