This is an application filed under Sections 438/442 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for stay of the impugned order dated 20.01.2025 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court No. 1, Kamrup (M), Guwahati in Execution Case No. 138/2017. I have considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant. The instant order is under challenge in the connected Criminal Revision Petition No. 82/2025. If such an order is not stayed, then the criminal revision petition would become infructuous.
