This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus to declare the delay and inaction on the part of the respondent No.1 in registering the FIR in pursuant to the complaint dt.24-02- 2020 even inspite of the contents of the complaint clearly disclose the commission of cognizable offences of trespass, mischief, criminal intimidation etc., as arbitrary, illegal and contrary to Sec.154 of Cr.P.C. and consequently direct the

respondents 1 86 2 to register the FIR in pursuant to the complaint dt.24-02-2020 for the offences of trespass, mischief, criminal intimidation etc. in the interest of justice.”
2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, based on the complaint given by the Petitioner, a case in Crime No.60 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 447, 427 and 506 of IPC on the file of Yerragondapalem Police Station, Prakasam District has been registered.
3. Sri P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
