On 06.08.2025, a report was called from the court concerned about current status of trial. Pursuant to the order dated 06.08.2025, trial court has transmitted its report, which is on record and flagged as 'A' and from its perusal, it reflects, on 30.05.2025 applicant has been acquitted and, therefore, it appears, instant bail application has become infructuous. 5. In view of the above, instant bail application stands dismissed as infructuous.
