The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 146 of 2022, (State Vs. Ambuj Singh and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 72 of 2022, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 325 of I.P.C., Police Station- Kachhwa, District- Mirzapur, as well as cognizance/ summoning order dated 08.07.2022 pending in the Court of Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division)/ Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 2, Mirzapur. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a xerox thereof.
