Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 303(2), 317(2), 132, 61(2), 111(3), 324(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner along with other named accused persons attacked police party and is alleged to be involved in illegal mining and transportation of sand. 4.
