Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no.2/Up Ziladhikari, Tehsil Handia, District Prayagraj to decide Case No.6091 of 2024 (Computerized Case No.T202402030406091, Vidya Devi Vs. Gaon Sabha), under Section 24 of the UP Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously and within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the order sheet of the case, a copy whereof has been annexed with the writ petition to submit that despite several dates having being fixed for hearing, the matter is being adjourned for some reason or the other and the delay in disposal of the matter is causing undue hardship to the petitioner. Accordingly, a prayer for expediting the proceeding is made. Counsel for the respondents have no objection to the prayer made.
