The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Case No. 358 of 2005 (State vs. Shyamlal and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 257 of 2004, under Sections 419, 420, 468, 471, 467, 452, 504, 506 of I.P.C., P.S. Saini, District Kaushambi, as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 5.2.2005, pending in the Court of C.J.M., Kaushambi. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
