The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the impugned notice dated 14.11.2023 passed by Opposite Party No. 2 and order under Section 111 Cr.P.C. in proceeding under Section 107/116 Cr.P.C. in Case No. 501 of 2023 (State Vs. Shahzad Rahman & Another), Police Station- Link Road, District- Commissionerate Ghaziabad. 3. Impugned notice was issued against the applicants on 14.11.2023 and till today more than one and half years have been passed. Instant case has been taken up after one year and when counsel for the applicants was asked to file affidavit annexing documents to show that matter is still is pending, counsel for the applicants has requested to decide the matter. 4. Since, impugned notice was issued on 14.11.2023 and till today more than one and half years have been passed and instant 482 Cr.P.C. application is not supported by any other evidence to show that impugned notice is still having effect and proceeding is pending, therefore, on lack of evidence this Court is not inclined to grant any relief in favour of the applicants. 5. The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
