ORDER 29.10.2025 01. After arguing for a while, the learned counsel for the petitioner when confronted with the maintainability of the instant writ petition, submits that he would feel satisfied if the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 2-Deputy Commissioner (District Collector), Ganderbal to accord consideration to the representation alleged to have been filed by the petitioner before him on 27th May, 2025 within some reasonable time frame, to which Ms. Nadiya Abdullah, learned Assisting Counsel appearing vice Mr. Mohsin S. Qadri, learned Senior Additional Advocate General is not averse, however, she submits that the representation of the petitioner would be accorded consideration strictly under rules and as per law 02. Without commenting upon the maintainability of the instant writ petition, the same is taken up for final disposal and is accordingly disposed of with the direction to the respondent No. 2-Deputy Commissioner (District Collector), Ganderbal to accord due consideration to the representation alleged to have been filed by the petitioner before him on 27th May, 2025 in accordance with the law governing the filed, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition and the annexures appended thereto. 03. The respondent No. 2-Deputy Commissioner (District Collector), Ganderbal while according consideration to the representation of the petitioner, shall also give weightage to the communications dated 11th December, 2017, 2nd May, 2028 and 29th October, 2022. The order of consideration which is likely to be passed by the respondent No. 2 be forwarded to the petitioner through registered post. 04.
