Sub Divisional Magistrate, Mehnagar, Azamgarh], under Section 38(4) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. Upon being pointed out by the counsel for the respondents that the aforesaid order would be subject to a further statutory legal remedy, counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the writ petition and states that the petitioner would avail the appropriate statutory legal remedy.
