This is an application filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Page No.# 2/2 Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, in respect of PRC Case No.221/2024 arising out of Nalbari P.S. Case No.549/2018 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalbari. 3. During investigation stage, the anticipatory bail application of the was rejected by this Court on 03.11.2022 in AB No.3205/2022, now the present application has been filed after filing of the Charge-sheet, where he has been shown as an absconder. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is interested in facing the Trial and therefore he submits that his prayer deserves to be allowed. 5. After hearing both the sides, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner deserves to be given one opportunity to contest the case. 6. Therefore the petitioner Aminur Islam Pradhani is directed to appear before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalbari in PRC Case No.221/2024 within next 10 days. 7. On his appearance, he shall be released on bail of Rs.20,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalbari, Assam. 8.
