Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the investigation is in progress and respondent Police will be able to file the final report within eight weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent. 5.
