Mr. Parasar submits that pursuant to the interim order granted by the Court on 07.04.2025, the petitioner Ariful Islam has appeared and has co-operated with the Page No.# 2/2 Investigating Officer. 3. Since the petitioner is co-operating with the investigating officer, he does not deserve to be detained in custody. Therefore, his pre-arrest bail application is allowed. 4. It is hereby directed that the interim bail granted by the Court on 07.04.2025 in favour of the petitioner, Ariful Islam is hereby made absolute.
