This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on part of the respondent no.2/District Magistrate, Deoria in considering the application/representation of the petitioner dated September 16, 2024. 3. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent no.2/District Magistrate, Deoria (District Level Committee) should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the application/representation of the petitioner dated September 16, 2024. 4. Accordingly, the respondent no.2/District Magistrate, Deoria (District Level Committee) is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the application/representation of the petitioner dated September 16, 2024 within a period of eight weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 5.
