By this public interest writ petition the petitioner seeks a direction upon the railway administration to introduce at least four additional metro services between 9.40 p.m. to 10.40 p.m. on the blue line from Dakshineshwar to Kavi Subhas Stations, ensuring equitable access for all commuters in the blue line of Kolkata Metro Railway. 2. Admittedly, this is purely an administrative decision to be taken by the Metro Railway and it is not for this court to issue any direction. 3. Needless to observe that the railway facilities are for the convenience of the travelling public. So, therefore, the Metro Railway may take note of the submissions made by the petitioner and proceed to take action in accordance with law. 4. Accordingly, the matter stands dismissed. (T. S.
