Against the impugned order dated 18.12.2023 passed by the Consolidation Officer, Amroha Camp Hassanpur, District Amroha, the petitioners have already appealed to the Settlement Officer of Consolidation, Amroha vide Appeal No. 142 of 2024 under Section 11(1) of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953. In the circumstances, there is no good ground to interfere with the impugned order, at this stage. However, it is directed that the petitioners appeal, being Appeal No. 142 of 2024, shall be expedited and decided within a period of four months in accordance with law after hearing all parties. It is further directed that the application for interim relief shall be decided within two weeks after receipt a copy of this order. This petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid orders. Let this order be communicated to the Settlement Officer of Consolidation, Amroha and the Consolidation Officer, Amroha Camp Hassanpur, District Amroha through the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Amroha by the Registrar (Compliance) by 01.02.2025.
