This petition has been filed for fair investigation in case crime no. 0382 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 352, 351(3) BNS, Police Station Bewar, District Mainpuri, with regard to the first information report dated 18.8.2025. 3. F.I.R. has been lodged only on 18.08.2025; statutory period of investigation is still not over yet, the petitioner has approached this Court. 4. No interference is called for. 5. However, this petition is disposed of with direction to the Investigating Officer to make all efforts of completing the investigation within statutory period. 6. In case investigation is not concluded within the statutory period, it shall be open for the petitioner to approach the Magistrate concerned for monitoring the investigation as per judgement of the Apex Court in the case of Sakiri Vasu Vs.
