When the matter came up before this Court on 03.04.2025, this Court had condoned the delay subject to payment of cost of Rs.25,000/- to be paid to the credit of Chief Justice Relief Fund on or before 17.04.2025 and the matter was order to be listed 21.04.2025 "for reporting compliance". 3. Today (21.04.2025), when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is reported that the order of this Court dated 03.04.2025 has not been complied with. 4.
