Page No.# 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that by order dated 04.04.2025, the petitioners were allowed to go on interim anticipatory bail by this Court and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Officer and have co-operated in the Investigating Officer. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the case diary of Fakiragram P.S. Case No. 09/2025 and has submitted that the petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement under Section 181 of the BNSS, 2023 have already been recorded. Considering the fact that the petitioners have co-operated in the investigation, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 04.04.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioners shall continue to co-operate in the investigation. With the above observations, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of. Send back the case diary.
