Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This petition has been filed for the following relief: "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari to call for the records of the case and to quash the order dated 18.12.2024 passed by respondent no.2 dismissing the appeal no.1580 of 2024 (Ram Bachan Vs. Smt. Savita and others) filed by the petitioner and confirming the orders dated 29.12.2023 and 19.06.2024 passed by respondent no. 3 (annexure no.1,2 & 3 to the writ petition)." 3. Learned Standing Counsel raised a preliminary objection that order under challenge in this writ petition has been passed under Section 24(4) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, and is revisable under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Since alternative remedy is available to the petitioner of filing revision, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available to him under law. 6.
