Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Pankaj Saxena, learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The instant application has been filed to enlarge the applicant on bail in case crime No. 856 of 2024 under section 109, 118(1), 352 B.N.S., Police station Bisrakh, District Gautam Budh Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is husband of the injured and in a spur of moment he attacked her. However, there was no intention to cause injuries to her. It is further submitted that charge sheet has already been filed therefore, there is no requirement of custodial interrogation. 4. Learned A.G.A. vehemently opposed the prayer and submitted that there is specific allegation against the applicant for causing serious knife injuries to his wife (injured) and the knife was also recovered from the applicant. 5. Considering the aforesaid submission and taking into account that there is specific allegation against the applicant for causing eleven grievous injuries with knife and the knife was also recovered from his possession, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail. 6.
