Heard Sri Manoj Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Abhinav Ojha, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents and Sri Bhupendra Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondent-Gaon Sabha. Counsel for the petitioner has confined his relief to prayer no.(ii) whereby a direction is sought to respondent no.2 to decide Case No.85 of 2024 (Computerized Case No.C202414000000085, Muniraj Vs. Virendra and others), under Section 210 of the UP Revenue Code, 2006, within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the order sheet of the case, a copy whereof has been annexed with the writ petition to submit that despite several dates having being fixed for hearing, the matter is being adjourned for some reason or the other and the delay in disposal of the matter is causing undue hardship to the petitioner. Accordingly, a prayer for expediting the proceeding is made. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the prayer made.
