This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicants for allowing them to withdraw a sum of Rs. 31,30,701/-, being 50% of the awarded amount deposited before the Registry of this Court pursuant to the order of this Court dated 12.02.2025, passed in MACApp. 550/2024. 3. Ms. Borthakur, learned counsel for the opposite party submits that she has no objection in the event of allowing the applicants to withdraw 50% of the awarded amount which is deposited before the Registry of this Court. 4. Taking note of the submissions of learned counsel for both the parties, the applicants are allowed to withdraw the amount of Rs. 31,30,701/-, being 50% of the awarded amount deposited before the Registry of this Court pursuant to the order of this Court dated 12.02.2025, passed in MACApp. 550/2024.
