ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“to issue a writ or order or direction, more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondent Nos. 2, 3, 4 in considering the representation dated 21.01.2025 as illegal, irrational, arbitrary, contrary to the Registration Act, 1908 and as violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent No.2 to dispose the representation dated 21.01.2025 and e-seva Application dated 21.02.2025 vide TTA012500126347 by denotifying the land admeasuring Ac.2.27 Cts in Survey No.292/1A&1C of Yerravaram Village, Yeleswaram Mandal from the 22-A prohibited property list and to mutate the name of the Petitioner in the revenue records in accordance with law and pass such other order or orders …..”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will be suffice if a direction is given to respondent authorities to consider the e-seva application bearing No. TTA012500126347, dt.21.02.2025 along with the representation dated 21.01.2025 submitted by the petitioner requesting them to de-notify the land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.2.27 Cents in Sy.No.292/1A&1C of Yerravaram Village, Yeleswaram Mandal from the 22-A prohibited property list and to mutate the name of the Petitioner in the revenue records.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the e-seva application bearing No. TTA012500126347, dt.21.02.2025 along with the representation dated 21.01.2025 submitted by the petitioner would be considered by the respondent authorities in accordance with law, within a reasonable time.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents, in view of the
facts and circumstances of the case, without touching merits of the case, this Court is of the considered view that the present Writ Petition can be disposed of, directing the respondent authorities to consider and dispose of the e-seva application bearing No. TTA012500126347, dt.21.02.2025 along with the representation dated 21.01.2025 submitted by the petitioner, after providing opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above said direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
