The petitioner-landlord, by way of present revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeks setting aside the orders dated 12.09.2019 & 06.11.2019 (Annexures P-5 & P-9) respectively passed by the learned Rent Controller, Batala, whereby his application for eviction of the respondents on account of non-payment of rent was declined /
disposed off. [2] At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the eviction petition itself stands adjudicated upon by the learned Rent Controller; thus, the present petition has become infructuous. [3]
Disposed off as infructuous. [4] Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand
disposed off.
