The counsel for the appellant-Mr. Mohd. Azim submits that since the parties have settled their dispute, therefore, the withdrawal application has been moved for withdrawing both the appeals, which have been preferred against the order of the acquittal. 4. The State counsel, Ms. Meenakshi Sharma, learned Brief Holder, has not raised any objection on this. 5. The withdrawal applications (IA/2/2025) are allowed. 6.
