Heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. By means of the present application under Section - 529 B.N.S.S., the appellant ( informant) has sought for a suitable direction to learned Special Judge/ POCSO Act, Allahabad to expedite the proceedings and to decide the Special Trial No. 149 of 2022 arising out of Case Crime No. 92 of 2022 (State Vs. Vikas Kumar Kushwaha), U/s 363, 366, 376 I.P.C., & Section 3/4 of POCSO Act & Section 3(2) v of S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station Puramufti, District Prayagraj pending before the Court of learned Special Judge/POCSO Act, Allahabad within time stipulated by this Court, which is pending before the aforesaid court. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the informant that appellant is informant in this case and has admitted that his testimony has already been recorded by the Trial Court. It was further submitted that the case is pending since the year 2022 but no substantial progress has been made in the trial. It was submitted that right of speedy trial is part of fundamental right and thus a direction may be issued to the concerned Trial court to decide the aforesaid case within specific time frame. 4. In view of aforesaid, the Trial court concerned is directed to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case because the respondents are in jail and to decide the same as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order before the court Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Brahma Nand Singh, Vindhavasinee Prasad Pandey Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
