The Court made the following Common Order:-
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the unofficial respondents. 2. The W.P.No.11516 of 2020 was filed questioning the orders of the 2nd respondent in Rc.E.2185/2020 dated 23.06.2020 directing the 3rd respondent to cancel the entries made in the revenue records as well as in the pattadar pass book and title deeds with respect to the lands in Sy.No.27/A to an extent of 4.59 cents, in Sy.No.27/B to an extent of Ac.0.60 cents, in Sy.No.27/C to an extent of Ac.3.38 cents and in Sy.No.27/D to an extent of Ac.1.09 cents, totaling to an extent of Ac.9.66 cents of Manikurthi Village, Alur Mandal, Kurnool District. 3. The W.P.No.6834 of 2021 was filed questioning the action of the 2nd respondent in not considering the representation/appeal preferred by the petitioners against the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer in RCE 2185/2020 dated 23.06.2020. 4. All the counsels representing the parties in both the cases submit that since the revision is pending before the 2nd respondent in W.P.No.6834 of 2021, against the orders of the Revenue Divisional Officer in RCE 2185/2020 dated 23.06.2020 the said revision may be directed to be disposed of. 5 HBKM,J W.P.Nos.11516 of 2020 & 6834 of 2021

In view of the above said facts and circumstances and upon common statement made by all the counsels, both the writ petitions are disposed of directing the 2nd respondent in W.P.No.6834 of 2021 to dispose of the revision pending before it, if not already disposed of, against the orders of the Revenue Divisional Officer in RCE 2185/2020 dated 23.06.2020, as expeditiously as possible strictly in accordance with law preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of this order. 6. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. Interim order, if any, deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
