Mr. Bhaskar Chandra Joshi, learned A.G.A. with Mr. Vipul Painuli and Ms. Sweta Dobhal, learned Brief Holders for the State of Uttarakhand. 3. By means of these criminal writ petitions, petitioners have challenged the FIR No.204 of 2021 dated 11.09.2021 registered with P.S. Dineshpur, District Udham Singh Nagar under Sections 147, 148, 149, 186, 341, 353, 354(A), 332, 504, 506 and 34 IPC. 4. It is contended by the learned State Counsel that after investigation, charge-sheet has already been submitted by the police on 20.01.2022 against both the petitioners, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in these writ petitions and it become infructuous. 5. The said fact is not disputed by learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 6. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, these criminal writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. However, a liberty is given to petitioners to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings, before the appropriate forum. 7. Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
