Present recall application has been preferred with the prayer to recall the order dated 26.11.2024 passed by this Court to the extent of imposing penalty Rs.25,000/- for non-deposition of Rs.25,000/- as directed earlier passed by this Court and permit the petitioner no. 2 to deposit the amount of Rs.25,000/- as legal expenses in pursuance to order dated 15.10.2024 passed by this Court. 3. Order dated 26.11.2024 through which Rs.25,000/- has been directed to be paid by petitioner no. 2 as penalty over Rs.25,000/- (legal expense) as directed earlier is hereby modified to the extent of deposition of Rs.25,000/- which is tendered by learned counsel for the petitioner through demand draft in favour of petitioner no. 1 and same is hereby handed over to learned counsel for respondent no. 4 being the father of the corpus since at the time of appearance before this Court, corpus/petitioner no. 1 made a statement to stay with her father only. 4. The order dated 26.11.2024 is hereby modified to the above extent only. 5. The instant recall application stands disposed of accordingly.
