None appeared for the writ petitioner. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that police registered a case in Crime No.121 of 2019 on 09.06.2019 for the offence under Sections 420, 468, 471 and 506 r/w 34 IPC basing on the report of the writ petitioner and investigated into the case. But, the petitioner filed the writ petition alleging that police did not register FIR, though the writ petitioner presented a report to the respondent Nos.2 and 3. 4. Now, the instructions of Assistant Government Pleader for Home would disclose that police registered the above crime basing on the report of the writ petitioner. In that view of the matter, the writ petition has become infructuous. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
