1. The petitioners through instant petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 are seeking direction to respondents No.3 to 6 to take immediate action on the complaint dated 03.06.2025 received in the office of respondent No.4 against respondents No.7 & 8 and their companions.
2. Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Sunil Kumar, submits that FIR bearing No.354 dated 18.09.2025 for the offences under Sections 61, 340, 338, 336(3) and 318(4) of BNS, 2023 has been registered at Police Station Bhondsi, District Gurugram. As such, no cause of action survives.
3. In view of the above, the petition in hand is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
4. Pending misc. application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
