Misc. petition has been filed to cancel the bail of the O.P. No. 2 which was granted by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.11.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 25259 of 2022. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the interim maintenance to the petitioner was granted by the aforesaid order of this Court and petitioner is receiving Rs.20,000/- per month in her bank account, deducted from the salary of O.P. No. 2. Further he submits that in view of the said deduction from the salary of O.P. No. 2, the petitioner does not want to press the present Cr. Misc. petition and prays to dispose of the same. 4.
