It is stated in the petition that the petitioners have already made representation dated 15.09.2025 (Annexure P-1) before the Senior Superintendent of Police, District Moga raising the said grievances, but no action has been taken so far. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners would be satisfied if appropriate directions are issued to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, District Moga to consider the aforesaid representation filed by the petitioners and take necessary action thereon. 3.
