This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i. Direct the learned Additional Special Judge/F.T.C., Meerut to decide the S.C.C. Suit No.10 of 2024 (M/s Rajkumar Kukreja and others Versus M/s S.S. Caterers and others), expeditiously, within a time bound period as may be directed by this Hon'ble Court preferably within a period of three months." 2. It is contended that S.C.C. suit was filed by the petitioner which is pending consideration. In the said suit, defendants had not appeared and deposited the rent on the first date of hearing, as such, an application under Order XV Rule 5 CPC (Paper No.25C) has been filed by the plaintiff, which is pending consideration. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for early disposal of the said suit. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or calling for counter affidavit, the writ petition is being disposed of with a direction upon authority concerned to decide the S.C.C. Suit No.10 of 2024 ( M/s Rajkumar Kukreja and others Versus M/s S.S. Caterers and others), in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
