Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the first information report 04.08.2025 vide Case Crime No. 187 of 2025 Under Section 137(2) of B.N.S. Police Station Surir, District Mathura." It has been stated by the Additional Government Advocate that during the course of investigation, offence under Section 65(1) B.N.S. has also been committed by the petitioner after the statement of the girl was recorded. No case for quashing the first information report is made out. For the aforesaid reason, the present writ petition is dismissed.
