The instant petition has been filed for the following relief: "Issue an order or direction, directing the court below i.e. Principal Judge Family Court, Firozabad decide the Hindu Marriage Petition No.1032 of 2025 (Smt. Roshni Vs. Krishna Kumar) under section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act, police station Jasrana, District Firozabad, expeditiously as possible as within short stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble court which is pending before Principal Judge Family Court, Firozabad." 3. In view of provision of Section 13B, no relief can be granted to the petitioner at this stage. The petitioner may move an application before the court below for waving the cooling off period as provided under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. 4. In case, such an application is made, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with the judgment passed in Matters Under Article 227 No. 1886 of 2020 (Smt. Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ravindra Kumar Mishra Counsel for Respondent(s) : Smt. Roshni .....Petitioner(s) Krishna Kumar .....Respondent(s) Pratibha v. Gaurav), decided on 04.03.2020 expeditiously, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
