Sri Pavan Kishore, learned counsel for the applicant appears and submits that the applicant is complainant/victim and witness in Sessions Trial No. 2448 of 2024 (State Vs. Kishori Pal and others) in case crime no. 89 of 2022, under sections 376, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Mahila Thana, District Prayagraj. 2. The applicant is aggrieved by orders of trial court passed on 14.07.2025, 01.08.2025 and 08.09.2025 whereby the bailable warrant issued against the witnesses have been continued despite her presence in the Court. Hence the present application under Section 528 B.N.S.S. has been moved for quashing the orders. 3. Learned AGA is present for the State-opposite party no.1. 4. There is no point in issuing notice to opposite party nos. 2 to 4. 5. Considering the prayer of quashing the order of Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Kuldeep Kumar Srivastava, Pavan Kishore Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Smt. Suman Pal .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P. And 3 Others .....Opposite Party(s) bailable warrant issued by the trial court, this Court is of the view that the same shall be quashed as the applicant is already appearing in the Court.
