The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed to quash the order dated 12.09.2024 passed by Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division)/ Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, court no.1 Bulandshahr on Misc. Case No. 70 of 20245 (Ram Singh vs. Navieen and Ors) under Sections 156 (3) Cr.P.C. Police Station- Syana, District- Bulandshahr whereby an application U/s 156(3) Cr.P.C. has been converted into a complaint case. As per the allegation of the case, the victim was 20 years old at the time of incident and having a love affair with the applicant. No date and time of committing the rape as well as payment of Rs. 25,000/- to the applicant has been mentioned. After some argument, learned counsel for the applicant comes up with a prayer to withdraw this application with liberty to file appropriate application for proceeding before competent jurisdiction. Since, the instant application has been dismissed as withdrawn, the connected Habeas Corpus Writ Petition disconnected.
