Petitioner, through the medium of this petition, seeks grant of bail in case registered vide FIR No. 0018 on 20.03.2025 at Police Station Economic Offences Wing, Jammu, under Sections 420, 465, 468 and 471 IPC, alleging that he has been falsely implicated in the case. 02. The petitioner was admitted to interim bail on 27.03.2025, and the respondents were directed to file objections. Respondents no. 1 and 2 appeared through learned Sr. AAG, whereas respondent no. 3, despite service, failed to appear. 03. The respondents no. 1 and 2, despite several opportunities, have failed to file objections, and on last date of hearing, last and final opportunity was granted to them to file objections. The respondents no. 1 and 2 have failed to file objections to this application and there is no representation on their behalf today, which suggests that they do not intend to oppose this application for grant of bail. 04. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 27.03.2025 is made absolute, subject to the same terms and conditions. 05.
