YOGESH TIWARI Digitally signed by YOGESH TIWARI Date: 2025.07.29 19:03:02 +0530 2 2 The petitioner has filed this petition with the following prayers:- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to take time bound decision over the claim of compassionate appointment made by the petitioner. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to provide employment to the petitioner on compassionate basis on any suitable post. 10.3 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deem fit and appropriate.” 3 At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition, if exigency so arises as during the pendency of this petition, the authorities have passed the order on merits while rejecting the claim of the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment. 4 Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdraw with the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the petitioner.
