It is not disputed that for redressal of the aforesaid grievance, there is a complete procedure prescribed under the U.P. Revenue Code 2006 and in view thereof this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition. The petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to take recourse to the appropriate statutory legal remedy.
