This petition is preferred against transfer order dated 13.2.2023 (Annexure P1) issued by respondent No.1 and transfer order dated 30.9.2022 (Annexure P2) issued by respondent No.1. 2. The following reliefs have been sought in this petition: “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside of the order dated 13.2.2023 Annexure P/1 issued by the respondent no.1 in respect of petitioner. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside of the order dated 30.9.2022 Annexure P/2 issued by the respondent no.1 in respect of petitioner. 10.3 Any other relief or reliefs may also be granted to the petitioner which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 3. Vide order dated 13.3.2023, the petitioner was granted stay and the transfer order dated 30.9.2022 was stayed by this Court. 3 4. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter and considering the fact that on the strength of the aforesaid stay order, the petitioner is still continuing at her original place of posting, as such the impugned transfer orders, by the afflux of time, have lost their efficacy and as such they are not required to be pressed and accordingly the transfer orders under challenge (Annexure P1 and P2) are hereby quashed. However, liberty is granted to the respondent State authorities to pass appropriate orders in respect of transfer of the petitioner, in case exigency arises, without being influenced by this order. 5.
