Sri V.S.K.Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier this Court passed an interim Order dated 16.02.2018 directing the 3rd respondent to extend the minimum time scale to the petitioner attached to the post of Dhobi in respondent No.3 temple and accordingly, in compliance of the said orders, respondent No.3/temple extended the minimum time scale to the petitioner. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.3 would submit that admittedly, in view of the interim order dated 16.02.2018 of this Court, minimum time scale was extended to the petitioner and the same will be continued, in accordance with the law. 4. In the light of the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the considered opinion that without going 4 into the merits of the case, the present Writ Petition can be closed at the stage of admission itself, by making the interim Order dated 16.02.2018 as absolute. 5.
