The petitioner has lodged a complaint as against the respondents 3 and 4. The petitioner seeks police protection on the ground that the 3 rd and 4 th respondents are causing threat to his life. The mere affidavit itself indicates that there is only money transaction. Further, the petitioner has already sent a communication to the respondents-police. 3. In such view of the matter, let the police enquire the complaint of the petitioner and if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondents – police are directed to proceed as per law.
