GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: 2 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE HARINATH.N WRIT PETITION NO: 5827/2025 ORDER: Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are called to the Police Station/3rd respondent at the behest of the respondent Nos.4 to 8. 2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there are political differences between the petitioners and the respondent Nos. 4 to 8 and on account of their differences they are instigating the 4th respondent to trouble the petitioners. 3. At the instances of the respondent Nos.4 to 8, the 3rd respondent is frequently calling the petitioners to the Police Station and disturbing their peace. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appears for respondent Nos.1 to 3 submits that the 3rd respondent has received a report from one Mr.M.Samba Siva Rao, against some of the petitioners and the report submitted by the said Mr.Samba Siva Rao, and indicates that there are political differences between the petitioners and the respondent Nos. 4 to 8. It is further submitted that the Police have counselled both the parties and on the intervention of elders in the village the both the parties 3 have been clarified. It is also submitted that the petitioners are not called to the Police Station, thereafter. 5. Recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader who have received written instructions. In this regard, this Writ Petition is closed and made it clear to the 3rd respondent to follow due process of law and not to disturb the peace of the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
