On an oral request, Sri Anand Vijay Singh, learned Advocate holding brief of Sri Sunil Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the prayer clause (a) in the writ petition forthwith. The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent No. 2, the Nayab Tehsildar, Tehsil Phoolpur, District Prayagraj, to decide the Mutation Case No. 661 of 2024 (Dinesh Kumar Vs. Shrimati Vimla Devi), under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the writ petition, to point out that although several dates have been fixed, but the matter is being adjourned for some reason or the other and the delay in disposal of the case is causing undue hardship to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, by way of the present petition has sought for proceedings to be concluded expeditiously. Sri Anand Bhaskar Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents has no objection if the proceedings are expedited.
